It’s a cold winter morning and five large stainless steel tanks are lining up, ready to head for their new home. It brings to mind a wagon train or cattle drive in a Western movie... head em up, move em out.
These 15,000-gallon tanks are over 11 feet in diameter, stand 26 feet tall, and weigh nearly 4-1/2 tons. They are outfitted with two manways and sprayballs for sanitizing. The tanks have dimpled heat transfer surface and are supported on four pipe legs with base plates.
